How to find older versions

1. Use the dated snapshots above for any past version of this site. Snapshots are never edited; each has a manifest of page fingerprints (SHA-256) so you can confirm it was not altered.
2. Every change is also kept in the site's version history and in the change log.
3. For past versions of official rules, use the official source's own archive (for example EUR-Lex consolidated versions, the Federal Register, or the agency's own history page). This site never archives the rules themselves.
